About LMIA Check
LMIA Check is self-service software for Canadian employers preparing a Labour Market Impact Assessment application. It reviews the information you enter against published Government of Canada requirements and shows where preparation appears complete, where it does not, and what to do next.
What we are
We are a software product. Checks are written as deterministic rules, each tied to an official source that can be reviewed and monitored for change. When a requirement cannot be reliably determined, we say it requires verification rather than guessing.
What we are not
LMIA Check is not a law firm, an immigration consultancy or an authorized representative. We do not provide legal or immigration advice, we do not submit applications, and no result guarantees a positive LMIA decision.
